CELEBRATE WITH A SPRING SOIREE'!

Spring has sprung, and I could not be more thrilled. With over a year of minimal contact with others I feel like a little crocus creeping out into the world. I am feeling so inspired by the change of weather and sunshine. After Mardi Gras and Valentines Day I feel the need for warmer weather and bringing on the festivities! Living in Louisiana has been so nice, because Mardi Gras acts as and extra and special holiday! Snow is a rarity, although we shockingly got a few flurries this year. Anyway, the winter is in our rearview mirrors as we "hop" into Spring.


When the sun is shining it really puts me in a Parisian mood. I love the fresh baguettes, delicious cheese selections and decadent desserts readily available at a moment's notice. You can never go wrong with a table of blues, greens and yellows to give yourself and guests a little staycation indulging in food delicacies! A woven charger as shown above will add to the French Countryside feeling of your table. Additionally, white plates can make a huge impact when you have colorful accessories sprinkled around!



I enjoy using a lot of bold and beautiful Spring colors at my table! accessorizing with little tidbits is always a plus! Whenever possible I will add in a candle or two. My new favorite candle right now is from @antiquecandleco_ #antiquecandleco. When my candle arrived in my mailbox and I opened it there was this absolutely, incredible aroma coming from it! It was completely intoxicating and lovely! They have an unbelievable selection of scents and are so, very pretty to look at. The mason jar they come in is just darling. I highly recommend one for your home and table.

Did you know that ginger jars can be used as vases, too? I love using a ginger jar or two to add fresh or faux flowers too. And let's face it, sometimes you need a lower "vase" so you are able to see and chat with your lovely guests across the table. Ginger jars allow you to do just that and make beautiful conversation pieces!
